Contact fire, sometimes known as fleshing, is the art of physically touching the fire without protection and without burning the skin.

Fleshing is a stunning and intimate art which requires a mastery of mind over matter. To reach into a flame or hold a burning torch your own skin while every instinct is screaming to just drop the fire and run away takes incredible mental fortitude. Combining that will with a skill to physically manipulate the flame without props and without burning the skin is one of the most impressive parts of Terrence's show.

Rest assured that there is no illusion involved. There is no protective film on Terrence's skin, no old school side show smoke and mirrors nor is there such a thing as cold fire.
